Only employers pay. A plan is prepaid and gives you a fixed number of active job slots, candidate unlocks and listing boosts for its validity period.

Where Hirexa acts as your Third Party Aggregator for NAPS, NATS and MAPS, we handle registration, contracts, records and reimbursement paperwork. Stipends and government shares are set by the Government and are paid by the establishment directly — they do not pass through Hirexa. Pricing for these services depends on the number of apprentices and the scheme, so please contact us for a quote.
All prices are in Indian rupees. Taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout, and an invoice is available under Transactions after every payment.
Plans are prepaid and non-refundable once activated, whether or not the quota is used. You can turn off renewal at any time; that stops future charges and the plan runs until its validity ends. The full position is in our cancellation and refund policy.
Unused quota does not carry forward after a plan's validity ends.
