You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. An employer account may only be created by someone authorised to act for that business.
Sign-in is by OTP on your mobile number. Keep access to that number safe — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. One person should hold one personal account; one business, one company account.
Jobseekers and apprentices never pay Hirexa — not to register, not to apply, not to be shortlisted. If anyone asks you for money in Hirexa's name, it is a fraud. Report it to us at once. We will never ask a candidate for a fee, a deposit or a "registration charge".
Listings that break these rules may be hidden or removed, and repeat offenders may lose access.
Where Hirexa acts as a Third Party Aggregator for NAPS, NATS or MAPS, we assist with registration, contracts, records and reimbursement claims. Stipend amounts, government shares and eligibility are set by the Government, not by us, and can change. Figures shown in the app are indicative — the scheme portals are the final word. The establishment remains responsible for its own obligations under the Apprentices Act and the scheme rules.
Hirexa is a platform, not an employment agency. We do not guarantee that a jobseeker will get a job, that an employer will find a candidate, or that any listing or profile is accurate. Verify the other side before you commit — meet in person, check documents, and never share money or original documents with a stranger.
Do not post false information, impersonate anyone, scrape or copy the database, attempt to break the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend any account that does.
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to show it on the platform for the purpose it was given — a job post to candidates, a profile to employers you apply to.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as a hire that did not work out or a job that fell through.
We may update these terms; the date above will change and we will tell you in the app for important changes. You may stop using Hirexa at any time and ask us to delete your account.
These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at [CITY], Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
